      Gisela Wendling and I are bringing our Designing & Leading Change three day intensive workshop to Vienna next April 28-30. Marcus Engleberger,a GLEN Member from Vienna is hosting it at a wonderful retreat center he has found. It’s organized around Gisela and my new Seven Challenges of Change Model, thoroughly described in our book Visual Consulting: Designing& Leading Change, which everyone will get in the workshop.
